The amount of conversions will also vary. We will be able to track the amount of conversions from our ads. This will allow us to use performance data of our ad campaigns to make gradual improvements. In consideration of this, we believe your conversion rate will increase over time.
However, it is important to note that there are external factors that impact conversions that we do not control. This includes the price, product quality, website destination, and market you are competing in.
It can be expensive to advertise on Google. This is because they have a pay-per-click model, which means you pay each time someone clicks on your ads. However, this traffic is often high quality. The people you are advertising to are in search of your products or services, which is often worth the price.
We recommend our clients to consider the average lifetime value of a customer for their business. Once you understand this, identify the maximum you are willing to spend to acquire one customer. With an experienced paid search manager, we believe we can help you acquire customers at a profitable rate over time.
We recommend our clients to try this service for at least 6-12 months to see a noticeable impact on conversions. This is because the main focus of our social media management service is to develop your brand’s followers, engagement, and word-of-mouth. If you want to focus on driving conversions in the short-term, you should consider using our paid social advertising services.
You will be assigned a dedicated paid search manager. This person is trained in search engine marketing and is likely to have experience working with clients similar to your industry. This person will be your main point of contact. In addition, each paid search manager reports to a Director, who reviews all deliverables before it is sent to you. This is to ensure that you receive quality work and to resolve tough situations.
We will learn your business by sending you a questionnaire. Upon completion, we will schedule a kickoff call with you to discuss the questionnaire and any additional questions may have about your business. After the kickoff call, we will do more research and develop a strategy that is specific to your business.
In the questionnaire, we learn more about your ad preferences. In the strategy we develop for you, it will specify the advertising approach that we will use for your business. If you approve this approach, we will start developing the ads in an ad calendar. You will have an opportunity to review all advertisements in advance before it is published.
No, you do not have to provide us with content. However, if you have content, we are happy to use it.
Your paid search manager can develop unique advertisements that fits your brand. We have access to stock photography, simple design software, as well as relevant news sources. We can use this to develop advertisements to engage your audience.
Yes, your paid search manager will be monitoring your advertising campaigns daily. If ads are not performing well, we will pause them and tweak your campaign.
In addition, your paid search manager will be optimizing your campaign as time progress. In most situations, we are running A/B split tests in your ad campaign. This is the process of testing multiple variations of your ads, and the audiences for the ads. By testing different combinations of ads, we are more likely to identify areas of efficiency.
We offer initial contract terms of 3 months. After the initial contract term is complete, your account will be serviced on a month-to-month basis. You have the option to cancel at anytime with a 30 day written or digital notice. After 30 days, we will cancel all services and return any information we have back to you.
There is a one-time setup fee. It is primarily for getting you setup on or end to run your campaign. We will set you up in our search engine systems, analytics systems, and other administrative tasks. We would also set up necessary advertising accounts for you.
We are primarily a marketing company with Graphic Designing as our Major offering.

Howzzat’s unlimited graphic design service includes unlimited requests and unlimited revisions. This means that you can make as any requests as you’d like, and we’ll work through them as quickly as possible. Once you submit your requests, your dedicated Project Manager will review them, to ensure we have all the details required. Then they’ll assign them to your design team.
By default, your requests will be completed in the order you submit them. But if you ever need to change the order, or prioritize a certain task, or tasks, you can do so by letting our Project Manager know. On average you’ll receive 2-3 designs to review, per business day (this applies to designs like social media posts, web banners and single sided print designs). If you’ve got a more complex design request we’ll let you know how much longer it will take.
And as we work together, and get to know your brand(s) and vision better, the review and revision process will get faster and faster. So you’ll be able to get an increasing number of design projects completed, and only ever pay our flat monthly fee.

Based on what you need, your Project Manager will assign your request to the designer best suited to complete it. Once that request is completed, we then move on to your next request.
We fulfill your requests one at a time, on a first-requested, first-fulfilled basis. This way you get what you need first, the fastest. If the priority of your requests ever shifts, after you’ve made a request, you can just let your project manager know. They will hit pause on your active request, and fulfill the one that’s become more time sensitive.

Below are guidelines for the trial as well as some tips to help you determine if Howzzat is right for you:
- During your trial, you can make 3 requests to test our service, workflow, and design quality.
- 1 request = 1 design (i.e. a single print or digital creative, or up to 2-3 pages of a multi-page design, depending on the amount of content).
- During your trial, you will only receive designs with a watermark on them.
- If you decide to hire our service you will receive your trial designs without a watermark, as well as the source files and/or print-ready files.
- After you make a payment, you’ll receive source files and/or print-ready files for all your requests!
- Make your 3 requests all at once so that we can ask for clarification and then work through them, and any revisions you’ll require, as quickly as possible. This way you’ll get a good sense of what working with your Howzzat Team is like. And you’ll be able to make a confident decision within your 7 day trial about whether you’d like a full subscription.
The following requests are not fulfilled during trials:
- Resizing of trial designs
- Brand mascots
- Brand characters
- Landing pages

Illustration requests are limited during trials:
During your trial, you may request one simple illustration. Complex illustrations are not included during the trial.
Multipage design requests are limited during trials:
During your trial, if you wish to request a multipage design such as an ebook, we will complete up to 2-3 pages, as one design request. Your Project Manager will advise you of how many pages can be completed based on the amount of content you provide.
Why we don’t fulfill certain design requests during trials:
We do not fulfill landing page, presentation, logo, brand mascot, or brand character requests during trials for the following reasons:
- They often include vague creative briefs as brand guidelines are not available. This in turn doesn’t provide enough direction to complete designs and/or revisions with.
- They often require input and feedback from several team members or other stakeholders, which delays the design process and prevents us from being able to provide completed outputs to assess Howzzat with.
- We’ve also found that many clients who request logos, mascots and characters during the trial are simply seeking branding work on a complimentary basis, and don’t have recurring design needs.
